1.     Registration and payment of the entry ticket to the Challenge to Change conference on 17-18 September 2026 in Dublin, Ireland, gives access to the conference and to the dinner on 17 September 2026.

2.     Early bird entry tickets for individuals in a PRO delegation as well as for individuals representative of producers and producer associations are at €1.000, available until 30 June 2026 24h00. Tickets for that cohort from 1 July 2026 amount to €1.150.

3.     PROs in the WEEE Forum pay the entry tickets of the individuals in their delegation.

4.     Early bird entry tickets for individuals that are not speakers or invited nor representative of producers and producer associations are at €1.250, available until 30 June 2026 24h00. Tickets for that cohort from 1 July 2026 amount to €1.400.

5.     Entry tickets are for sale, exclusively online, until 11 September 2026 24h00, unless the maximum capacity is reached before that date.

6.     Access to the conference is restricted to the individuals that have purchased their entry ticket before the closing date of 11 September 2026 24h00, unless the maximum capacity is reached before that date.

7.     Individuals not attending the conference pay €100 for dinner and need to register online before 11 September 2026 24h00.

8.     No payment in cash on the spot will be accepted.

9.     Individuals representative of PROs in the WEEE Forum with operations in Colombia, South Africa and Nigeria obtain two free entry tickets yet need to register before 11 September 2026 24h00.

10. Delegates are entitled to cancel their registration without incurring costs until 14 August 2026 24h00. After this date, no ticket refund will be possible, but delegates can register another person by following the link in the registration confirmation, latest by 11 September 2026 24h00.

11. All prices mentioned are exclusive of value-added tax.

12. The WEEE Forum reserve the right to cancel the event in case of situations that could not have been prevented by reasonable foresight or care (act of God) or legislation in response to, inter alia, unanticipated natural events, acts of terrorism, war or a serious epidemiological situation. In such circumstances, the WEEE Forum also reserve the right to convert the event into a fully virtual format instead of cancelling it.

13. In case the event is cancelled after 14 August 2026 24h00, delegates that paid their entry tickets before that date will be refunded. Where in such circumstances a fully virtual format is established as an alternative, an appropriate partial refund will be offered to delegates.

14. By registering, the delegates consent that their pictures and footage containing their image can be made public.

15. The WEEE Forum reserve the right to cancel and reimburse the ticket in case the wrong price category was selected. If in doubt what category should be selected for registration, please check with sofia.degea@weee-forum.org.

16. A delegate’s registration means that he/she agrees with the present Terms and Conditions.
